TamarindoWaves are pretty small this morning with the outgoing tide.
Winds are calm moving offshore with waves 1-3 ft.
Not expecting much more today in Tamarindo with waist high
expected in the area on a South-Southwest swell.
The swell is forcasted to die down through mid week
and then rebuild until Friday.
